The whole damn reason I wear boxer briefs is because I like my underwear to be tight. I immediately emailed them about the lack of fly, and they said they were exploring the idea for a future redesign and that if I wanted an opening in the front, I should get the regular boxers. When the first order arrived, I immediately noticed that the men's boxer briefs had no fly in the front. I did the matching underwear subscription since my girlfriend was in need of new panties and I thought it'd be cool to get matching pairs of bold prints. So MeUndies is not perfect but they are quite nice and have very few complaints. I have maybe a few pairs from Calvin Klein that are a bit more pricy but I prefer to wear on occasion. I wish they toned down on the cutesie prints and added different ones. Shipping is usually very fast for me around 7 days.

Customer service is great every time I have tried to return a pair I didn't want they give me a full refund and let me keep the pair. I found that pausing or canceling my subscription to be very easy. I find this to be particularly true between different colors and patterns, but they are still comfortable just not as consistent. One pair of underwear will fit absolutely perfect and the next will feel off maybe too snug or the pouch a little smaller than the other one. However, my gripe with the underwear is that they aren't consistent. I typically get the boxer brief or the trunks version and compared to other micro modal underwear they do last quite a bit and fit nice, snug, and don't ride up. They have fun prints as well as regularly adding new/limited ones and solid colored ones. Their underwear is soft the waistband width is smaller than most underwear but still comfortable. As someone who enjoys buying and wearing nice underwear I can appreciate MeUndies.
